Yinyang Chi

Yinyang Chi is different deals with universal energy as in Reiki but also with your personal energy which is stored in the tantien area below the navel.

Hence it can be classified as what is generally known as 'inner power'.

However, it does have some Reiki characteristics.

As with Reiki, it will not sap the practitioner's energy as the energy used for healing will be quickly replaced, as long as the practitioner stays calm and composed during a healing session and does not become over-excited in channeling his/her own energy.
