Accept the LIGHT and open thy chakras.

Meditate long and keep to the light.

Be patient in that effort.
Learn balance so the energies do not rise up early.

Redirect your sorrows into the light,
so you will have divine peace.

Lo, children we are the light of the LORD,
and the fruit of the spine is our reward.

As wisdom is the mind of a mighty man,
so folly is of our youth.

Happy is the man that is full of wisdom and peace,
for he shall not be fooled by the wicked ones.

We will bar their negative energies with much Light at the heart gate! Amen
