I experienced a healing when chanting along the Guru Ram Das mantra from Ligthness of Being. I had been sensing some negative patterns lately and wanted to release them and as I begun to chant, after 10 minutes or so, I felt as if the heart unblocked and the lungs where more open to breath much better. My voice changed and became crystal clear and the healing and soothing effect of the elongated Wahe Guru sound helped realign my heart and rise its frequency to that of the sacredness of my being in union with God. This happened yesterday and I am still experiencing the effects!
