When you are attuned to and activate Nadi Care, you will cleanse your nadi strands. You will be attuned to Shekhina Esh (Fire of the Holy Spirit) and Abba Nartoomid (Light of the Eternal Father). Saying one of these names, three times, will focus that particular kind of energy through your nadi strands. Then say the name of the other one.

If you are sensitive to subtle energies, you will feel the energies distinctly. If not, that is ok, the energies will still be beneficial for you.

Nadis are channels of energy. The word nadi comes from the Sanscrit rood nad, and means movement or stream. Nadis act like channels, a delivery system, for the chakras.

Some experts state that while the meridians have a physical counterpart in the meridian duct system, the nadis interact with the physical nervous system. Apparently, the nadi not only conduct prana (life force) through the body, but also convert it into different types of energy for the organs, glands and tissues.
