Dating back to ancient China, the Microcosmic Orbits principals can be found in the I Ching.

An open Microcosmic Orbit will awaken, increase, circulate, direct, purify and preserve the chi along pathways of energy in the human body and assists the flow of chi to circulate through your body and expand outward.
