The energy Healing Silence of Sige Reiki will encourage us to spend quiet time, to be still and listen to the inner guidance.

Healing Silence of Sige Reiki will assist us with supportive energy needed to meet great challenges in our lives that block us from spending that quiet time daily.

The Healing Silence of Sige Reiki will bring us awareness of our true Divine nature, aid us in becoming more Spirit-like and empower us to master our spiritual path of purpose.

Through regular use of this system we will reconnect to the Divine so that we can hear the voice of the Divine, and the Higher Self.

Through practicing daily silence we will allow our mind to rest enhancing our ability to receive knowledge from the Divine about the plan for our life path.

As well, we will receive greater concentration abilities so that we can tune out the noise around us and get alone with our Higher Self and the Divine.

The energies will clear anything that causes our mind to wander during meditation and contemplation so that we can tune out the inner noise (our thoughts) and the outer noise of the world.

The energy will recenter us, rejuvenate us, and help us to listen, meditate, contemplate, let go of worries and plans, and connect to our inner peacefulness.

The Healing Silence of Sige Reiki will prepare our hearts by cleansing, clearing and opening the heart chakra, so that we can hear from our Higher Self and from the Divine with focused effort.
