A familiar spirit is a spirit that you know who was once human. For example, if your grandmother died 5 years ago, and then she pops up in your room in the middle of the night; she is a familiar spirit for you or your family.

This is not an energy form to be taken lightly and cannot be abused, as if it is it will literally dissipate within your energetic fields and never return as per instructions in the vibrational levels of these fields. This is very important so please do understand this when working with this energy.

It can only be used for the highest good of all when trying to communicate with someone who has crossed over.
