Medicine wheels are made with stones and begin with a circle with a cross within which divides the wheel into 4 different parts.

4 is a sacred number as there are 4 primary laws of creation, 4 directions, 4 race colors, 4 elements and 4 power days of the sun for each direction.

The 12 page manual contains detailed descriptions of what a medicine wheel is, the history of the medicine wheel and many pictures of medicine wheels.
